Make Appointments

  • Grab all those reports & see the relevant providers – The time you took to organize & obtain dental, veterinary, school or any other reports or certificates now pays off.  Simply make your appointments as required and take them to the relevant provider on your first visit so they have your information at their fingertips to make a smooth transition to your new providers.
  • Visit your preferred medical centre before you need the doctor – Visit the Medical Centre & complete an authority form for them to access your previous medical records – before you need a doctor – as it takes a few days to a week to obtain the records generally.
  • Visit sporting or other Community groups – Get back in routine; book your memberships in your new community;  visit your local Church to find out service times or Community Help groups to see how you can help, if these are things you like to do
